    Assign standard keynote to custom detail comp

    Im sure this is simple, but I cannot find it.. All I want to do, is to create some standard custom detail components, like a strip of vertical timber boarding. I can create the family, no problem, but I cannot find a way of hard coding in the keynote that this particular family would use. I would want to do this, so that people dont get the opportunity to select the incorrect keynote, using user defined..

    The Keynote parameter is under "Identity data" in the Family Types window, in the Detail component template. Just put a value there, and that will be the "hardcoded" keynote value of your detail component in the projects.
