    Grids in 3D

Is there any possibility to see the grid lines in 3D view?

No. Grid lines are visible in orthographic views only.
A workaround would be to create some model lines in those views by picking grid lines. Then, you will see the model lines in 3D.

Yeah, it would have been nice to see the bubbles, too.

This is my first attempt at attaching a file, hopefully it worked. This is a revit family that has been around a while, not sure who created it, but it shows the grid number/letter in the line itself for easy reference and can be raised to a new offset level so that it's easier to see in a 3D walk-thru. We mainly use this for viewing in Navisworks, works great.

I must search a little, but navisworks's guys found a way and made a family to deal with this. It was a while before A.C.I.N.O.F (AUGI CRASH IT's NOT OUR FAULT) :-))

Thank you, jhenry. I used it, its very good. Is there anyway I can flip the text? Is written upside-down.

I did a quick test and the appearance of the text in the plan view is affected by the direction that the grid line was drawn, but in a 3D view the text was "right-side-up" for both. Is that what you are seeing? You can mirror the grids to get the text to be flipped, this will not affect the 3D view, which stays right-side-up

Yes, that what I was seeing. I just have to get used to it.
