    Curtain Wall Pinning Issue

Hi guys, I have an issue with a curtain wall system, I cannot unpin a panel and I cannot load my own doors in to replace the panel. I have uploaded a video which explains it all.

    Video; 2015-11-27_1508 - fidel91's library

I couldnt get the file to be small enough so I have uploaded to onedrive and here is the link where you can download http://1drv.ms/1RaNjh0.

    Thank you in advance

your curtain wall system does not have a curtain panel type defined. Add a curtain panel type to the curtain wall properties then they will become pinnable. See this

edit: this may or may not cause a problem but your curtain panel is offset 37.0 from your curtain wall origin which puts it inside your framing.

ID:	388389Thank you very much! it works. But i still have the problem of not being being able to load in my own panel. Would you be able to help me with that?

I have attached an image showing the load button as unusable.

works fine here. I loaded my single door family, changed your curtain wall panel type from none to Glazed Panel, changed the offset from 37.0 to 0 and changed a curtain panel to a door. See this
