If i draw a beam in plan view en define the height, the beam disepare. Is there a posibility that the beam is in place and you can see a dash dot line and two dashed lines in plan view?

Hi and welcome here.
you will have to learn how to play with view range settings. online help(F1 key) may help you with that. direct link
another thing you can do is set the view from the level above as an underlay (see in the properties of the current view).

i found that i have a beam passing and the plan doesnt indicate that this beam exist.
i can see this beam only 3d mode!
