where are the add-ins?

    where are the add-ins?

    newbie,
    I'm reviewing a Revit 2014 trial , with a product called FME that thinks it has installed an export add-in. But I do not see an Add-in tab on the ribbon in this version?
    How can I get to this and see if the external app really did put an exporter in?
    Even the helpfile says there should be a add-in tab

    these are the locations where Revit installs Add ins:
    C:\Program Data\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\<year>
    C:\Users/<username>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\< year>
    C:\Program Files\Autodesk\<revitversion>\Addins
    C:\Program Data\Autodesk\Application Plugins

    you could also do it the easy way and just do a search of C:\ for *FME*.*
    I'm retired, if you don't like it, go around!
