Hi Somaya, are you teaching? or learning?, I mean, if you want to learn REVIT maybe you should follow the advise to go to Lynda site.

Paul Aubin has some great stuff on Lynda.com

I guess I could toot my own horn and say check out: www.TheRevitKid.com ... If you search around you will find thousands of free tips and tutorials as well as some paid stuff...

Also, check out the Autodesk Education Community. They have some nice self paced tutorials.

This forum also contains some awesome information.

Finally, there are quite a variety of books out there now for Revit just search Amazon for some beginners/essential Revit books.

The best piece of advice I can give you is just start. Open the program up and do something. You will break stuff, get frustrated, get stuck, and maybe even cry a little... But at the end of the day you will have learned something.

It would be good to fix that mess with the avatars of "Jeff.H." and "Jeff Hanson". It seems that the message above was posted by Jeff Hanson by Autodesk but in reality it was posted by another user, whose avatar shows his photo on the side panel of the forum, but not here.

            Working on it.
There's a bug in the hosting software that gets users' names confused when there's a period in the name.

Maybe it's easier to edit the username to remove the periods and replace them with another character? Such as Jeff_H

                    It's fixed.
But I can take no credit for it.
                    Munk did it.
