    Hello,

can you recommend some BIM standards for Revit Architecture (template, etc.), please?

That's quite an open ended question to be perfectly honest my friend. First off, where are you in the world? Some regions are ahead of others in terms of an identified set of standards for BIM.

        Try this: http://www.anzrs.org/blog/

It was developed primarily for the Australia-New Zealand region, but the basic principles would apply to any region. It's well thought out, well developed, and clear. Best resource I've found yet.
