is it possible to make a subcategory to the category "Text Notes"? My thought is to be able to add notes to detail views that do not plot using Troy Gate's DoNotPlot addin.

Another possibility is to create a text type along with a view filter - prior to printing run the filter and those text types would be hidden
A simple way is to add this filter to the view Template and the. Toggle the visibility for the filter on and of before printing (assuming the view template is assigned to the views)

LMNTS has a plugin that does this but I think it only works when printing sheets one-by-one. I haven't played with it in awhile though.
