    Activate Offset Box ?

I am 99.9% sure I know the answer, but does anybody know how to activate the offset (numerical imput ) box by a keystroke.
I am sick of clicking and swiping in that tiny little sucker.

And what does that 99,9% tell you? I don't think there is a keystroke but please enlighten me...

O.k finished work and have calmed down a bit, had a bad day, heaps of detailing work. Is it only me or does anybody else have an issue with that tiny little box. With a 30" screen that little target is hard to hit with a curser all day.
I know Revit is not like all those other cad (or windows) programs where Tab activates and works its way through imput fields, but some times I wish it did, I know the Tab in Revit is allocated to do a lot of other work so maybe it's not possible, but it can be done in almost all othe software.
Also over the years that pesky little box has always been a bit sticky when it comes to imputting metric into it, it has a tendancy to drop zeros a lot !
      Anybody eles had that issue?
And while i am raving the thing is too short to see the whole field of numerals one has imput, bigger field would be a good start.

I was just hoping that within that 0.1% that there was a god out there that may have the answer.

I just wish that the programmer of the interface could give us at least a 1/4" of an inch more space in that tiny Offset text box. I have always wondered why that box is so small, when most of the times there isn't anything on the right side of it. You can't even type something like 10' 10" , even without a space between 10 and 10, the last apostrophe goes out of sight. Imagine trying to type 10' 5 1/2".

It's not a real answer but on a 30" screen at 2560 x 1600 under Windows 7 64 I often set the screen text to '125%' which makes all text related things a bit bigger.

The entry box is bigger but so is the text but it feels a bit easier to use (and yes, if you move your cursor away from the box quite often it messes up the numbers or loses 'focus' on the entry box).

This isn't entirely stable and I find the best results are obtained by going to 150% first then going back to 125%.

I wish you didnt have to leave your curson hovering over selected text for CTRL+C to work.

Hmm, interesting... just noticed that the Properties drop down list which is sluggish or sometimes doesn't work with a Wacom tablet and pen, definitely doesn't work at all when the text size percentage is changed away from the default 100%.

Unless it is just a Wacom pen thing, you have to be careful where you put the pen when you click in a Properties entry box and then move your hands to the keyboard - it seems to be the bubble Help from nearby command icons that can take the focus away from the text/number entry.

Is their a way to numerical imput data without having to scroll up to that annoying little offset box each time? similar to CAD where you can type it in anywhere on the screen. So annoying. any add ins to do this please?
