    Washington State Stamp/Seal

I am looking for a Washington state Arch and Engineering seal. Please if you have one can you share it.

The Washington seal has a picture of George Washington on the seal. I am not sure on best practice for adding images to families. Any advice on this would be welcome as well.

Don't know about Washington but here in Texas the TBAE (Board of Examiners) offers seals in various formats - jpg, dwg, pdf, eps, gif, bmp

Anything you are willing to share would be greatly appreciate. I would love to have native Revit stamps but I keep having issues with the "line too small" error.

scale it up x 100, fix/create it, then scale it down 1/100

Wouldnt that still create line work that is smaller then 5/256th in the end?

Also it is very time consuming to make text on a arc in Revit. Unless someone knows someting I dont...

I only know that when I run into the "line to small" error if I scale up the geometry Revit then allows me to get done what I need to do. Might have to scale it larger than x100, doesn't matter as long as Revit then allows you to create the line work. As to the text on an arc, reminds me of the trials and tribulations of doing same in AutoCAD in 1992, one letter at a time

Why not just create an image of the seal, and make an annotation family with the image? It could be a generic annotation or a titleblock family. A titleblock type of family will be better, since it will keep the same scale, and will prevent the family from being inserted in other views.

Awe yes... I was 8 years old... I remember it clearly... (how old do you feel now) ;D

We have something in ACAD called express tools. Its a wonderful thing. One day Revit will have something like it i bet.
