Look in the Type Properties of your 3D view, it's called Poche (OOTB) and it shows up if your detail level is set to Coarse.

So change the material or the detail level.

      love You
      thanks for the quick response

By changing detail level to medium that blue region dissapears, but why was it there in the first place?
What's the purpose of it, just to remind that detail level is set to coarse?

If the detail level is set to medium/Fine the layers of your composite wall will show in the 3D view with a section box applied if the wall is cut. If you want to emphasize the content of the rooms and not the graphics from the wall you can set it to Coarse and change the material/colour of the Poche (to a solid grey/black for instance), that way you can show the cutplane in a non-obtrusive way without distracting from the intent of the view (ie showing the interior)
