Reload ExternalFileReference

Is is possible to Reload an ExternalFileReference typically a CADLink.

ExternalFileReference & ImportInstance classes don't appear to & TransmissionData is not what I'm looking for as this sets it up to be reloaded when the model is re-opened I believe...

Any other options?
