There are 4 ways that Autodesk has published to fix this...one of these usually works.
Uncheck "Click+Drag"
Dock your family browser and properties
Make sure that the Revit drawing area is on your main monitor (the one with the start menu)
The tool bar that has "disjoin" "constrain" when using the move tool, dock that tool bar to the bottom by right clicking and say dock to bottom.
These are the ways to fix this...they don't all work and it is different from computer to computer.
