We just use IFC to send it back to 2010 and then send it from there to ETABS, however we have some modifications done to our system that allows us to bring the model in level by level checking for errors as it works.

CSI normally provide the link so I am not sure whether they outsourced it or this developer has created his own.

I have been in contact with CSI/Etabs since 2011 was released regarding the plugin, They initially told me they would release an update by the end of 2010. But no sign of the update yet. The BIM ME (Middle East) product looks to be a 3rd party product which you have to pay for. Could be worth trialling, but after a quick look there doesnt look to be anymore than a phone number for contact details and there is nothing on their actual website about the product

Coincidence or not I am not sure, but on new years eve I received an FTP site link from CSI with the new 2011 compatiable export of Revit to Etabs. They did promise something by the end of 2010!

I cannot find anything on their actual website, so if you did not receive the email, I would suggest contacting either CSI or your reseller directly
