    Existing Phase wall display

    Is there a way to keep "Existing" phase walls from displaying in Course detail?

    Yes. they arent really displaying in Coarse LOD. What they are doing is showing as one unified material, because you have a Material override in the Graphical Overrides of the Phases dialogue.

    Manage Ribbon > Phases > Graphical Overrides. Clear out the Material on the far right, for Existing.
