Problems linking IFC files
Why is there a difference between opening an IFC file and Linking an IFC file?
I've been trying to link several IFC files (coming from Tekla Structures) in Revit 2015 with no result.
Thank God opening the IFC files and saving them as a rvt file works fine so linking those files works for now, but WHY didn't it work linking it directly?
Anyone familiar with this problem and/or having a solution?
Can this have anything to do with the Revit import/export IFC classes files?
Does someone have standard Revit IFC class files which I can import that work fine?
