Existing items showing up gray on renderings

Hello,
I am working on an existing building. When I render everything that is existing shows up as gray. How do I get existing items to show up as new on renderings only.

what is the phase filter for the view you are rendering?
does it has the previous (existing) phase overriden?

As feio said, check your phase filter and phase. What will probably fix your current issue is changing the Phase Filter in your properties box to "Show Complete"
