        Close call! Did I see MdR mention that 2012 killed parametric finish materials? Might explain the difference.

        More to the point, did anyone find a use for it?

          Not really... But love the logic you used to get to that formula, that methodology can be used for other formulas too - So the POTM is very well deserved! :beer:

          And yes, Parametric Paint is broken in 2012

            me neither. But I do love the fact that you found a way to do random advanced mathmetics in Revit...

              http://fooplot.com/ and similar sites helped a lot. I know squat about math, but if it's all drawn out, piling up highschool stuff gets you a long way. Still, I would love to see something practical come of it. Someday.
