How to set Mullions in relation to panel

Normally in curtain walls panels are situated in middle of mullions (as seen in plan). If I need to place mullion in back face of panel, how to proceed ? This is req. if in front elevation mullions should not be visible & only panel butt joints shows.
Can designed panels be used with curtain wall instead of curtain system. As a face is req for curtain system, while curtain walls can be drawn like walls.

answer to first question edit: this is a mullion profile family if that's not apparent

I don't understand the second question. Curtain walls in Revit are very flexible and can be used for many purposes. Can you rephrase the question or post a picture of what you are trying to accomplish

      1. How Edit mullion profile will set the mullion position in relation to glass ?
      2. I just want to make a room's single vertical wall consists of 2" thick cement conc. But the wall is perforated. I want to make this wall like normal curtain wall. Curtain systems, where one can use desired design panel need a face for it's existence. In the project I need diff length & height of perforated wall. So what is the convenient method.

It's a two part solution. Mullions are created so the center front/back reference plane is aligned with the walls center line. Curtain panels can be offset from the walls center line. Depending on how your curtain panels and mullions are designed you might need to (or prefer to) change the offset of the curtain panels instead (it's a type parameter, so make sure your choice doesn't negatively affect other areas.)

I assume this is related to your post about perforated walls? You should be able to swap your custom curtain panel for one in a curtain wall. Have you tried doing that?

          Thanks jmk
I never tried editing mullion's profile nor swaping custom curtain panel for one in a curtain wall. But I felt that there is no choice of divide surface by selecting a curtain wall or glazing. Divide surface option is available when we create a surface.
