Revit 2012 Service Pack / Web Update 1 out soon
According to What Revit Wants, the Revit 2012 SP1 / Web Update 1 will be out soon
And historical (looking at versions 2009-2011) it´s likely to be true. You can see the earlier release dates in this thread.
Anxiously waiting to see what bugs have been taken care off
