Raster Print to PDF

In both RST 2011 and RST 2011 if I use detail components and use the "Show Hidden Lines" tool it forces me to print raster.

The first pic shows how it is in Revit and how it should print, the second is how it prints vector (only to PDF). Why am I having to Raster for PDFs because of using "Show Hidden Lines?" This makes no sense especially since it prints correctly to printers.

Anyone know of any solutions other than printing with the pixilated Raster setting?

Nope, Raster needs to be used when certain options are selected (shadows too). Did you try to print with performance set to "Presentation"? To be honest, I need to zoom quite far to be able to see the difference. I normally don't really bother about that.
