To get that level of a render in Revit is a work of hard work and patience.

1. You need to add more materials and finishes (good quality).
2. Add more components to make the space lively but not clattered at the same time.
3. For lighting, add a few studio lights at a suitable height (preferable high to resume natural light) and play with their intensity to get desired result.
4. Decrease wall heights to reduce shadows leaving the interiors more observable.
5. While rendering use White Colour as .
6. Render at a very high quality. You can play with the custom render settings. But beware as some settings might lead to exponentially large render times.
