    Imperial to Metric.

You experts probably know this already, but I was quite chuffed!

I work in Metric but much of our equipment piping and other measurements are in Imperial.
To my pleasant surprise I put in the inch value: 1/2" in a parameter and it changed it to Metric!
HUGE burden removed right there - I don't have to sit with a calculator and convert everything as I go
This also appears to work when working with pipe sizes. YAY!!!

The only hassle I now see is tagging. I'd still like the tags to show up in Imperial:crazy:

    Ciao for now.

Another tip when dealing with imperial when working with metric.
When working in a metric template you can enter in active dimension 12'6 and revit will convert and give you the distance 3810mm. Same goes for working in Imperial template type 3810mm and you will get a distance of 12'6

If it ain't broke, fix it till it is.

Modify your tags to only show Imperial instead of Project Units...

Awesome! I'll weasel that out! Then I can have pipe sizes in inches!
Sounds dirtier than it actually is...
