DB link & parts

Hi everyone!
I use DB link to manage database (using MS Acess) to complete some data during building site activities.
I've noticed that project parameters related to parts are not exported through Access Database. :banghead:
Why? Probably Db Link technology was developed before the introduction of parts in Revit (2013), or we have found a bug?

how do you change the service type on the fabrication parts or add your own, all I see is 'ductwork 2500pa etc.' but seen you can have supply and return...
