45 deg bend and pipe alignement

Hello , I created a new elbow fitting with all the instances , when I draw the pipe at 45 deg the pipe doesn't align perpendicularly with the face of the elbow eventhough the connector is set to change its inclination according to the angle, does anyone see the problem, please check the picture

I would suggest the usual suspects.. "Defines Origin" ref planes need to cross exactly where the pipes would cross. Connector on the moving end should have the Angle parameter linked to the elbow angle.
