i have a tiled surface pattern painted on to a floor with multiple slopes. all of a sudden i can't align the hatch patterns to each other in plan view. This was working perfectly until this morning...is there some sneaky setting i've accidently changed?

have you perhaps aligned it (by accident)? Try changing the painted material and then change it back...Martijn de Riet

When materials with surface patterns are used, there is a good chance that you need to tweak its position, and perhaps even rotate it to some degree....
