When I create my topo surface the soil is always entering the ramp space. What am I doing wrong?? I tried defining the building pad around the ramp walls but nothing...

You say that you created a building pad but all the soil is still covering the ramp. Then check the settings of the building pad. Most likely the level is not set up properly. Check if it is set to the lowest level of the ramp. Instead of building pads, another (maybe better) option is Split surface.
About the smoothing of the ramp, I would try to do it with the Swept blend method, using the projection of the ramp in plan as the path, and the two sections at the start and end as profiles, elevating the end profile.Freelance BIM Provider at Autodesk Services Marketplace | Linkedin
