Can't keep topo surface from entering the ramp space.

When I create my topo surface the soil is always entering the ramp space. What am I doing wrong?? I tried defining the building pad around the ramp walls but nothing...

And another thing : There must be a way to smoothen the ramp surface. I created it with risers, but this way the surface is not smooth (the angles show).

You say that you created a building pad but all the soil is still covering the ramp. Then check the settings of the building pad. Most likely the level is not set up properly. Check if it is set to the lowest level of the ramp. Instead of building pads, another (maybe better) option is Split surface.

About the smoothing of the ramp, I would try to do it with the Swept blend method, using the projection of the ramp in plan as the path, and the two sections at the start and end as profiles, elevating the end profile.

You were right about the building pad . When I set the level it was o.k. For the Swept blend method.. I guess I have some studying to do. It seems Chinese to me. I will try to search about it..
        Thanks.

How did you create the ramp? I've never seen anything like that. Is it a ramp or a stair?
