Filled Region Pattern

Hi!
I want to create template for detail item family. I want to adjust filled region patterns. How can I do it ?
Filled region is system family - can I save adjusted filled region family and use it in other project?

Constrain the pattern to reference planes or lines....

I do this for sections and details too...especially line based detail items...
