Create two walls: concrete and finish. Host the window on the Concrete wall, host an empty window family on the second wall which is smaller. Let the outer two layers of the finish wall wrap.

      another 2 solutions:
1.put the extra geometry of the finish as a nested shared generic model in your window families than join (made he geometry with parameters instance based to easy adjust to any finish...also material an visibility parameters)

      2.
-delete the opening from the window, and replace it with 2 voids instead that will simulate your custom opening (bigger inside smaller outside)
-the common line between the voids will be adjustable with a parameter (like an inset) by locking the voids to a reverence plane that have Wall Closure parameter checked. The outer faces of the voids (interior&exterior) will be locked to the faces of the wall.
-the wall should have the outer finish set to return on insets.

the second method didn`t tested but i think it works.

I thought about the second method too when I was implementing Revit in another firm. But I couldn't get it to work. It kept wrapping to the largest void. Maybe it was me...

Now you made me curious It works

OP can build his windows geometry starting from attached family.
Or temporary just to delete the opening from his windows families and to uncheck Wall Closer parameter there of his reference plane and then put the attached familie over his modified window familiy.

I find it difficult to maintain, join etc , having 2 walls, using 2 windows.. as well r wall endings wraped and i couldnt join to other wall correctly..
