    Room Numbers and Phasing

    What is the best way to approach room tags when you have existing and new phases. I thought that tags were linked to the phase the room was created, but I seem to have two different room numbers in each of my phases. I attached two images to show what I'm trying to describe. Can someone point me in the right direction please?

    You have two rooms in the same place, on different phases. Rooms only exist in the phase they are created so you cannot tag rooms from an existing phase in the new phase.
    I normally duplicate the existing phase, with detail and the hide all information except the room names.
    In the new phase, only tag the new rooms.
    When placing the new phase on a sheet, lay the existing phase view, room names only over the top. They will line up.
    Now you will have a view, on a sheet, showing new and existing room names.

      I usually just click on the room tags that are supposed to be existing and if you right click and go to override graphics in view and hit by Element and then select halftone. That way it is grey and looks like it is existing.
