Applies to: - Revit Architecture
New Feature / Problem:
Railings, balusters, posts and associated members should be constructed with graphic representations - lines, solids, sweeps, etc.
Why do you need this Feature / Why is it a Problem:
We all know that Railings by data entry is hit & miss. For example: try to change the number of balusters per tread & hope for the best - and usually get a big serving of disappointment.
Workflow:
Create "Railing".
Open dialog box, reference both Plan & Elevation.
Sketch Run in Plan.
Sketch (or insert Elements) in Elevation.
Exit.
Benefits:
I'll be much happier.
