    rebar cover for structural footing rectangular

    Rebar cover for bottom face is disable for first footing. Why?
    is the same family, just different sizes

    Does it have joined gemometry with another element?

      I used the tool unjoined and nothing has changed

      whenever two blocks footing overlap, disappears rebar cover between them

        RST assumes that shared faces do not require cover. Your second footing has exposed edges and that is what the rebar I joining to. That is the "why". What would you expect?

          I have the same issue, i have 2 footings the lower one is plain concrete footing and the upper one is the reinforcement concrete footing
          i can't rebar the upper one because revit neglecting its bottom face and sure i don't want to rebar the lower one because its a plain concrete not reinforced, so how can i solve that
