    custom grid problem

Hello. I keep on having this problem with my custom grids: When i try to apply a pattern on a custom grid that i create on a surface of a mesh, it won't place all the panels (it works only when i set the layouts of the U and V grids to "fixed distance" ) Is the surface too complicated? or is the grid's fault ? I do not understand..
I tried to represent the problem in this image:

    Thank you.

Try posting on the general forum. More people are usually on that forum.
I wish I had an answer but my conceptual knowledge is limited.

Try posting the project file here... Would be helpful while trying to troubleshoot the problem

Did you use Intersects to create the custom grid lines? If so, make sure the Intersect lines are Reference Lines, and also that they are on a workplane
that is perpendicular to the surface you ate trying to apply them to.

Just a guess without seeing a bit more info about your model.
