    Roof Edit-1

    Hi


    Is it possible to do a roof as shown in the attachment using roof by foot print. Here the ridge is off centered and the layout is in the form of "L" shaped. So doing it using roof by extrusion is not so friendly at the intersection. Is there a way to do it by using roof by foot print.

    Sure. When editing the sketch, pick the lines with the lower eaves, and give them a negative "Offset from Roof Base" (In the properties dialog)

      Just use the two walls that are equal off set from ridge in your diagram and just adjust the overhangs on either side.
