Walls under view depth still visible - 2012

    Hi!

Irritating problem. Even though I set the cut height over the walls on the floor below I'm seeing them (doors too). Is there a setting I've missed or what?

Not in wire frame mode are you ?
Can you post a screen shot of your view range properties box ?

Is the current view using a overlay from the view below ?

I've found that if the walls are drawn as unconnected height instead of offset from a level, they will display incorrectly with regard to the cut plane. Altho I think this is the reverse of the problem you are having. in my case the walls would not show cut...

Not that I'm aware of. Where shall I look?

As i looked on the screenshot i saw the underlay part. So the problem is solved.

            Thank y'all!

in the properties, it appears you have an underlay. try without.

edit: a few seconds too late ;-)

That´s it! Look in the properties dialog to the left under "Overlay"

In the View Properties, Underlay = KALLARPLAN (just beneath buttons for Visibility / Graphics Override and Graphic Display Options). Set this to None and you'll be fine...

The underlay is in the properties box of the view. Under Graphics-Underlay...is that set to none?
