So I have my Title blocks all set up and my sheets are ready to go but I don't know how to make view ports like in auto cad. In the 3D view i found section boxes but I am unable to locate anything like that in a 2D view. The project is on a very large property but I would like only to show the pieces that are going to be renovated not the entire plot. Im pretty sure there is a tool for this but I just cant find the damn thing.

Well, this is somewhat different as in Autocad. Go to the sheet, then look up the views in the project browser that you want on it and simply drag them from the project browser into the sheet.
Now, if you want to crop the view, go to the view (or, in the Sheet rightclick on the view > Activate View). On the bottom of your drawing window in Revit there are some buttons, two of which handle the cropping of the view. First off, turn on the visibility of the crop region by clicking the Show Crop View. The Crop View is the same kind of Viewport like boundary which defines which part of the project is visible in this view. After you located it, set it to the right dimensions and then use the Crop View button to crop. And you're done. You don't really need to turn it off again since it won't print (if you select the correct checkbox in printing properties)Martijn de Riet
