    Slope for plumbing pipes

As per our project requirement we have placed drainage pipes
with 1% slope.we have set 1% slope for the placement of drainage pipe but the slope of pipes are changed when placed pipe fittings on pipe.
Is there any option to lock slope or to toplace fittings inlign with pipe?

    Thank you

    Regards
    Swapnil

Try drawing the branch pipes from your sloped main by starting the branch pipe and then hit the space bar, this will acquire the elevation of the sloped pipe at that location. 2012 now has tools that will allow you to inherit the elevation before you draw the branch.
