connection between curtain wall mullion and wall !!

Hi,When i made curved curtain wall on curved wall i see that CW mullion and wall is intersecting which is not right.
any way i can handle this ?
Also i saw on the forum how we can make Curtain wall more curvy but i still did not get it ?
    Advises are welcomed.

make your outside curtain wall plan sections smaller. In real life the curtain wall width would be determined by the size from the corner to the curtain wall jamb at its closest point to the wall based on whatever caulking joint is required. The space on the outside would then be filled with a brake closure (which I model separately)

edit: and if you want "curvy" curtain wall try a curtain system on the face of a mass. Still have to deal with the jamb condition in the same way though

Ahmed....just create another mullion type that you can adjust the angle for it...will probably have a positive and a negative for each side....

I thought that you Revit guys were so keen on "reality". No one in the cw biz ever uses a non standard mullion at an angled jamb (unless there are a large quantity of them that would make the special dies worth dealing with). Maybe for Ahmed's purposes it doesn't matter but, with all of the preaching around here about "model is as it is built" it seems the right thing to do. Also faster in the end...just my curtain wall $0.02

Dave, in your experience, is that also the case with the intermediate verticals? That is, side-by-side mullions (perpendicular to glazing plane) with break metal infill --or are custom dies created for those conditions?

Jon, generally there is never enough quantity of a non 90* inside or outside corner to warrant the cost of new dies so a double standard mullion with a brake shape between is a standard curtain wall detail: 2013-06-24_1210 - DDPOwner's library

Just as I anticipated. Well, almost. I would have thought that the break metal would be flush with the face caps, but actually like that it is coplanar with the glazing. Thanks for sharing the detail!

sometimes the brake closure IS flush with the face of the mullions but this project happened to have the closure glazed more like a piece of glass.
