How to make on plan that gutter would visible part of the roof? If only i could cut roofs pattern, or should I use family? whats the best option?

If you need the gutter to show up in plan then model it using a gutter, fascia, sweep or any other family type that can be applied to the roof edge. Modeling this type of element is always the preferred approach over any 'drafting' approach so it will display consistently across all views. -
Yep, like Dimitri said. Go to the roofs button drop down and add a gutter to the edge of the roof. It's quick and simple to do, and it will show up in all the views and sections. It's based on a profile, so you may need to create a profile famile for the gutter tool to use if you don't like the OOTB ones.DanComment
