Multi Use Retail Building
Latest project I'm working on. A Multi Unit Retail building in a new commercial development in the north end of the city. The client ask for a cheaper version so we've removed the stone and stucco and went with just 2 colours of brick. I used decal images for the signs in the first version and I was very pleased with how they turned out. Of course we don't have those tenants so in the final version we went with just the model text "signs". We also dropped the exterior light fixtures as well for cost reasons.
