I modeled a curtain track around the edge of a balcony in my model as an in place family. Everything looks fine in the RCP but when I cut it in section it does not show cut and it shows the entire family behind the cut and in front. Any ideas on what I need to do to make it cut in section?

What category did you use for the curtain track?
Probably one of those where "Cut" is greyed out in Object Styles...Klaus Munkholm

Doh! Specialty Equipment it is and no cut. Thanks for reminding me of the obvious! Probably should go home before I do any more damage...Chad Koscinski | ArchitectComment

You can still change the category, so not much damage was done - But feel free to use it as for excuse to go home :laugh:
