Revit 2012 - return of an old problem?

Just noticed what appears to be the return of an old problem in Revit 2012.

If you trim one extruded roof to another - as in say, a dormer, then try putting a gutter on to the dormer roof, the gutter will only be as long as the roof before it was trimmed.

This was a problem the version before last? before it was fixed.

You can't even stretch the piece of guttering as the control points do not appear at the ends.

Could anyone else confirm this please so that it just isn't me.

    Hey ho

Ah, control points appear in elevation View so the gutter can be stretched at least.

...and ridge tiles, using Fascias works OK... just guttering... or maybe it was a one off?

Will have a detailed look at this later.

Phew! works OK on projects created from new, just this upgraded one that seems to be showing a problem for some reason.
