What is the best approach to create classic architrave, entablature in a pediment? I also need to know how to create a cast stone profile that is at the head and jamb of a window.

Basically, anything that is not already an out of the box Revit family, must be modeled. There are 5 basic methods: extrusion, revolution, sweep, blend, and swept blend. Not for the proportion purist perhaps but I've used Haddonstone cad profiles to sweep moldings and other classical parts:
