    How would you create Pattern Based Family for this ?

    Hello all,

    How would you create Pattern Based Family for this?

    I am still not expert in there.

    Try using Hatch 22. Here's a thread on it with a link in one of the posts.

      I might be wrong, but I think the OP is asking about creating a Pattern Based Family ( AC ? ) to apply to a Divided Surface of a Mass......

      If so, then you could create a new Pattern Based Family with the grid arrangement shown in the attachment, then apply it to the Divided Surface.

        Yes, I am asking about Pattern Based Family using AC, but the pattern that I want to create is not in the template.

        So can I create a new pattern on my own ? The pattern I want to create is similar to 1/2 Step and 1/3 Step.
