We have an elevated Stage with a curved front edge, and need a Plan Region that conforms to the footprint. Doesn't look like this is possible, since arcs are not available in sketch tools, and you can't use pick lines to select arcs?

You can create a plan region that has the shape of an arc, starting with a polygon with multiple faces. Use the center of the arc as the center of the polygon. Then add some straight lines and some trimming. Nobody will know that the plan region was not born as an arc.

Alf,
Yes--a segmented arc can work. I was really just pointing out yet another limitation
of Revit--maybe this is already on a Wishlist somewhere?
