    yes/no parameter driven by another yes/no parameter

    Is this possible and what's the proper syntax I'm trying a simple

    Param1 = Param2=On

    but get "The following is not a valid family parameter:On"

    What's the "On"?
    Text, or a Yes value?

      Yes value for param2

        I actually got it syntax should be just

        Param1 = Param2

        and in case of lets say two parameters
        Param1=AND(Param2,Not(Param3))

        negative value with param3

        It's really streamlined but the inconsistent syntax for formulas is pretty confusing

            Revit's formula syntax is nearly identical to Excel's syntax from what I've seen. I'm far from an expert in either but learning one has helped out quite a bit with the other
