Applies to: - Revit Architecture
New Feature / Problem:
For regulation check on available light and ventilation for a habitable room, we are required to provide a light and ventilation schedule for each habitable room of a building.
Currently all of the information required to calculate this is available within Revit but is unable to be combined the information in one schedule.
Why do you need this Feature / Why is it a Problem:
Manual calculation of data via excel or as text has no relationship to the model itself, is prone to errors and takes a substantial amount of time to co-ordinate.
Workflow:
Create a separate light and ventilation schedule using formulas to calculate compliance with building code or include light and ventilation within window shedules.
Benefits:
Consistent check on compliance using parameters of the model itself. Save many hours for every project.
Attachment comments:
Factory, all of the info is there! Let all of the intelligent information contained within the model be available to schedule in all schedules.
