Hello All,

I am literally pulling my hair out for what seems to me to be a fundamental operation in a package as powerful as Revit!

basically I am routing pipework and need to use eccentric reducers, keeping the bottom flat. The standard Eccentric reducer in Revit is working a bit hit and miss for me, so I need a definitive method to get these in as painless as possible please!

I have changed my piping routing preferences to include the eccentric reducer, and now when the pipes are connected, the fitting defaults to flat on top and slopes the adjacent pipes, and even when the fitting is rotated to the correct position the pipes stay sloped and disconnected, and even trying to draw new connecting pipes throws up all sorts of errors.

Can anyone tell me what Im doing wrong please? It really shouldnt be this difficult!

Thanks for any help!
