URL-field not clickable for linked models

    Hi,

I have a revit model with pumps and valves, and I have added a URL-parameter where I insert a path to the folder with datasheets for the given component. So when I have my revit-model open and select a component, I can click on the small grey button in the URL-parameter field, and thus directly open this folder.

My revit-model is linked in by the guys working with cabling etc, and they can see my components properties by selecting them. However, the small grey button in the URL-parameter field is not visible for them since the model is just linked-in. Is it possible for them to somehow activate this so they can also click this button top open the folded with datasheets?

Nope. You can't really interact with a Linked model in any way, it's a static thing.
