Oh I thought you meant these warnings were during export, obviously you meant reloading. In that case your best bet may be to reload those families through the browser with right click> reload from...

Load Families No Warnings - Loads all families from a selected folder and suppresses the 'Overwrite existing' message.
    Enjoy..
I didnt even see your post earlier. Wow that's generous of you. Let me give that a try.

Thanks Elton, it all started when I decided it was time for a real template and I tried to convert my project to a template. Problem is, I have almost 1000 revisions (design build for contractor). So deleting all those revisions is an overnight thing but I figured might as well build a template.

Transferred PS, but families dont all get transferred. So I sought out a way to save select families.....too long r-clicking save as so I did a batch save as on all families in my current project.

When doing so, I get halted by prompts every so often.

I'm going to look at the dynamo script from Joseph later. Gotta run...

    Thanks everyone for helping.

Youre welcome.. its pretty simple stuff.
I made them for building a family library from the various content we had from multiple projects and family creators.
Theres no way to rename families with the API in Revit (Only types) so save, with automatic standard renaming, and then re-import is the only way to do it.
I used this with another script that turns a folder full of families into a project file with everything organised neatly in 3D and schedules by category etc. But im keeping that for myself
